▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Aqueous nanosheet composite coating comprises 0.07-0.08 pt. wt. two-dimensional nanosheets, 0.08-0.12 pt. wt. urushiol derivatives, 2-3 pt. wt. deionized water, 8-12 pt. wt. aqueous epoxy resin and 3-8 pt. wt. curing agent, where the two-dimensional nanosheets, the urushiol derivative and deionized water are mixed and subjected to ultrasonic treatment to form a nanosheet dispersion for preparing an aqueous nanosheet composite coating. USE - The aqueous nanosheet composite coating is used in a metal anticorrosion (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating utilizes urushiol derivatives which are used as modifiers to anchor the two-dimensional nanosheets, so that the two-dimensional nanosheets can be effectively dispersed in the water-based epoxy resin. The modified nanosheets can give full play to the "labyrinth effect" when the coating is used, play excellent physical barrier, and greatly extend the path for corrosive media to enter the coating. The catechol group contained in the urushiol derivative can effectively passivate the protected metal and alloy, and form a dense oxide film on the surface, and effectively protecting the metal substrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) a preparation method of the composite coating, involving (a) mixing the two-dimensional nanosheets, urushiol derivative, and deionized water based on the ratio, and performing ultrasonic treatment for 3.5-4.5 hours to obtain a nano dispersion, and (b) adding the aqueous epoxy resin to the nano-dispersion liquid uniformly stirring and mixing, adding the curing agent, continuously stirring, and performing defoaming treatment for 12-18 minutes to obtain the composite coating; and (2) use of the aqueous nanosheet composite coating in a metal anticorrosion;
