NOVELTY - Thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer comprises 40-60 pts. wt. isocyanate, 60-90 pts. wt. polyol compounds, 1-6 pts. wt. nano-filler, 5-10 pts. wt. protective agent and 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. compatibilizer. USE - The thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer is useful for charging pile sheath (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The elastomer has high tear strength, high tensile strength and high elongation at break, and excellent flame retardance and anti-aging performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for polyol compound and the protective agent into a reaction kettle, mixing, controlling rotating speed to 1000-1500revolutions/minute, stirring for 20-40 minutes, obtaining long-chain polyol mixture, (b) controlling the temperature to be 90-110℃, adding isocyanate, nano-filler and compatibilizer to the reaction kettle, reacting with the long-chain polyol mixture obtained in (a) to prepare a polyurethane pre-polymer and (c) placing the polyurethane pre-polymer prepared in (b) and small molecule chain extender into the double-screw extruder for reaction, controlling the reaction temperature to 150-200℃, the screw speed to be 300-400revolutions/minute, extruding, granulating after 50-80 seconds of reaction, performing underwater dicing, dehumidifying and drying at 60-80℃ for 4-7 hours and finally packaging to obtain thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer.
