NOVELTY - Graphene oxide-carbon fiber composite material 3D printing wire with high strength and corrosion resistance, comprises wire includes three parts of carbon fiber bundle core, nylon-graphene oxide composite material layer, polylactic acid graphene oxide composite material layer from inside to outside.The cross section of wire is circular or square with diameter or width of 2-10 mm. The carbon fiber bundle core is composed of single-strand carbon fiber bundle contains 6000-12000 fibers or spirally wound by multiple strands of carbon fiber bundles, and the single-strand in three-strand and seven-strand carbon fiber bundles contains 1000-3000 and 3000-6000 fibers respectively. The thickness of nylon-graphene oxide composite material layer is 1-1.5 times the diameter or thickness of carbon fiber bundle core. The thickness of polylactic acid-graphene oxide composite material layer is 1-2.0 times the diameter or thickness of carbon fiber bundle core. USE - The graphene oxide-carbon fiber composite material 3D printing wire is useful for engineering structure reinforcement. ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide-carbon fiber composite material 3D printing wire: has high strength, high toughness, corrosion resistance and heat resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene oxide-carbon fiber composite material 3D printing wire with high strength and corrosion resistance, comprises (i) preparing carbon fiber bundle core with diameter of 1.5 mm through helical winding using 3 strands of 3K carbon fiber, (ii) mixing graphene oxide with nylon for 10 minutes at constant temperature of 230degrees Celsius to obtain molten nylon-graphene oxide composite, the graphene oxide is single-layer graphene oxide, purity is 96%, thickness is less than 1 nm, the single layer is 0.2-10 microm, the number of layer is 1-2, and the shape is powder, (iii) immersing the carbon fiber bundle core after straightened with tensioner in molten nylon-graphene oxide composite, preparing 3 mm diameter nylon-graphene oxide composite material layer containing carbon fiber bundles using pultrusion process device, (iv) uniformly mixing polylactic acid and graphene oxide powder for 15 minutes at constant temperature of 180degreesC to obtain molten polylactic acid-graphene oxide mixture, and (v) immersing 3 mm diameter nylon-graphene oxide composite material layer in molten polylactic acid-graphene oxide mixture, preparing 2 mm polylactic acid and graphene oxide matrix using pultrusion process device, and preparing 5 mm diameter sraphene oxide-carbon fiber composite material 3D printing wire with high strength and corrosion resistance.
