▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The graphene-based thermal management core (200) has a layer (202) including a sheet of graphene (203), a first reinforcement layer (204), and a second reinforcement layer. The layer including a sheet of graphene is disposed between the first reinforcement layer and the second reinforcement layer. The first reinforcement layer or the second reinforcement layer includes a substrate impregnated with a non-dielectric resin. USE - Graphene-based thermal management core for PWB (claimed) used for electronics applications, e.g., consumer electronics, industry electronics, military electronics, automotive electronics and medical electronics. Can also be used for printed circuit board. ADVANTAGE - Decreases the circuit size and weight of electronic components and allows for operation at higher frequencies and clock speeds which leads to development of relatively smaller electronic components. Provides a core with sufficient rigidity and stiffness which can more easily withstand rigorous operating conditions. Easily withstands manufacturing processes, e.g., hole drilling processes, since the graphene-based thermal management core is made to be sufficiently rigid and stiff. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic cross-sectional view of the graphene-based thermal management core that includes graphene nanoplatelets.
