NOVELTY - Graphene quantum dot modified polymer masterbatch comprises 60-90 pts. wt. polymer matrix, 5-30 pts. wt. graphene quantum dots, 1-20 pts. wt. second functional filler, 0.06-5 pts. wt. surface treatment agent, 1-20 pts. wt. filler coating agent and 0.5-20 pts. wt. processing additive. USE - The masterbatch is used for functional fiber. ADVANTAGE - The masterbatch has far-infrared emission, high-efficiency antibacterial and mite removal, excellent antistatic, high resilience, mildew resistance and odor removal functions. The masterbatch prepare fiber materials with high transparency, long-term heat preservation, broad-spectrum antibacterial, and high resilience, which expands the application range of graphene in the field of functional fibers.
