▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves mixing the oxidized graphene, organic diamine compound and solvent, and performing reduction modification to obtain the modified graphene reaction liquid. The modified graphene reaction liquid is purified to obtain the modified graphene. The organic diamine compound is selected from the structure compound of p-phenylenediamine or o-phenylenediamine. The solvent is selected from water, methanol ethanol isopropanol, aether, propyl ether, tetrahydrofuran or dioxane. The acidic solution is fuming concentrated sulfuric acid solution containing potassium permanganate and/or fuming concentrated sulfuric acid solution containing nitric acid. USE - Method for preparing modified graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method uses organic diamine compound to reduce and modify the oxidation graphene, reduces the strong acid carboxyl in the graphene oxide, keeps the acid suitable hydroxyl, and the loaded double-site amine has good supporting property, so that the prepared modified graphene has good three-dimensional structure to facilitate the cyclohexanone oxime selective for Beckmann gas phase rearrangement to form caprolactam, and reduces the reaction temperature of the cycloelectrically-oxime gas phase-rearrangement, thus inhibiting the formation of by-product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a modified graphene; and (2) a preparation method of caprolactam.
