▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Low-density ablation-resistant mold pressing prepreg comprises 30-80 pts. wt. resin matrix, 30- 80 pts. wt. chopped fiber, 5-25 pts. wt. zirconium silica sol surface-treated phenolic hollow microspheres, 0.5-5 pts. wt. coupling agent, 1- 5 pts. wt. nano-carbon-based powder and 5- 25 pts. wt. oxide polymer ceramic precursor for lysing active powder. USE - The low density ablation-resistant mold pressing prepreg is useful for compression molding hypersonic speed aircraft anti-heat-insulation composite material. ADVANTAGE - The low-density ablation-resistant mold pressing prepreg has low density, can vitrifying and excellent ablation resistant characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparing the low-density ablation-resistant molded prepreg, comprising (i) physically mixing resin matrix with a solvent and a dispersant to obtain material A; (ii) mixing the chopped fibers, the phenolic hollow microspheres treated with the zirconium silica sol surface, the carbon nano-based powder and the cracking active powder of the oxide polymer ceramic precursor, and mixing uniformly in an environment where the humidity is greater than 80%, leaving it for 1-3 hours to obtain material B; (iii) adding material B obtained by the coupling agent to the material A, and kneading to obtain material C; (iv) drying the material C to obtain material D; and (v) placing the material D into a tearing machine and tear it loosely to obtain the molded prepreg. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a surface micro-view of the mould pressing plate prepared by the embodiment 3 of the invention after the small engine ablation examination.
