NOVELTY - Composite die-doped B-N nano-graphene oxide/calcium tungstate/silica stamping die lubricating fluid comprises extreme pressure agent, dispersant, rust inhibitor and deionized water. The extreme pressure agent comprises B-N-doped nano-graphene oxide, nano-calcium tungstate and nano-silica. The dispersing agent comprises crosslinked polyvinylpyrrolidone, sodium polyacrylate, ethanol, carboxymethylcellulose and sodium tripolyphosphate. The rust inhibitor comprises petroleum sulfonate and triethanolamine borate. The weight percentage of each component is: 0.1-2 pts. wt. B-N nano graphene oxide, 0.1-1 pts. wt. nano silica, 0.1-3 pts. wt. nano-calcium tungstate, 0.5-2.5 pts. wt. crosslinked Polyvinylpyrrolidone, 0.2-2.5 pts. wt. sodium polyacrylate,1.5-3 pts. wt. ethanol, 1-5 pts. wt. carboxymethylcellulose, 0.1-3 pts. wt. petroleum sulfonate, 0.2-3 pts. wt. triethanolamine borate, 0.5-3 pts. wt. sodium tripolyphosphate and deionized water (balance). USE - Used as composite die-doped B-N nano-graphene oxide/calcium tungstate/silica stamping die lubricating fluid. ADVANTAGE - The lubricating fluid has good stability, antibacterial effect, corrosion inhibition effect, rust prevention effect and excellent lubricity.
