▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The detector has an optical waveguide structure formed on a substrate. The optical wave guide structure is provided with a slit waveguide portion that is formed with a Bragg resonant cavity. A graphene layer covers the slit wave guide portion. A first electrode and a second electrode are formed above the substrate. A second electrode is electrically connected with the graphene layer for deriving a second carrier under the action of an external electric field. The first type carrier and the second type carrier are electrically opposite to each other. USE - The graphene-based photoelectric detector for converting optical signal into electric signal based on photoelectric effect for measuring optical radiation in optical communication field. ADVANTAGE - The detector enhances interaction between the optical signal and the graphene layer, thus improving photoelectric detection response degree of the photoelectric detector when working, and improving working performance of the detector.
