▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A wooden floor imitating ceramic tile comprises wood substrates. The front side of the wooden substrate is provided with an inkjet pattern layer. A moisture-proof layer is provided on the back of the wooden substrate. The moisture-proof layer is made of moisture-proof coating. The moisture-proof coating comprises 80-93 parts volume polyurethane dispersion, 4-10 parts volume paraffin emulsion, and 3-10 parts volume nano-titanium dioxide dispersion. The nano-titanium dioxide dispersion is obtained by dispersing 10-15 %mass nano-titanium dioxide into a dispersion system. The dispersion system comprises 3-7 parts volume organosilane, 2-5 parts volume water and 90-95 parts volume solvent. The solvent is chosen from one or more of methanol, ethanol, and acetone. USE - Wooden floor imitating ceramic tile. ADVANTAGE - The wooden floor imitating ceramic tile uses moisture-proof layer, which can play the role of insulating moisture, preventing mildew, preventing the wooden substrates from rot and affecting the decorative pattern. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the wooden floor imitating ceramic tile, which involves (1) providing wooden substrate, (2) applying moisture-proof coating on the back of the wooden substrate to cure to form a moisture-proof layer, (3) printing a decorative pattern on the front side of the wooden substrate obtained in step (2) to form an inkjet pattern layer.
