NOVELTY - Transferring CVD-grown graphene comprises e.g. (i) pretreating the CVD-grown graphene to obtain growth substrate-graphene sample, (ii) placing the resultant growth substrate-graphene sample on the target substrate to obtain growth substrate-graphene-target substrate composite structure, (iii) bonding the growth substrate and target substrate in the growth substrate-graphene-target substrate composite structure with adhesive to obtain bonded growth substrate-graphene-target substrate composite structure, (iv) placing the resultant in vacuum environment to remove air between the graphite thin and target substrate, curing the adhesive, and maintaining the preset time for adhesive under vacuum completely cured to obtain growth substrate-graphene-target substrate composite structure, (v) removing the growth substrate in the growth substrate-graphene-target substrate composite structure obtained by curing. USE - The method is useful for transferring CVD-grown grapheme. ADVANTAGE - The method: does not need polymethyl methacrylate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Transferring CVD-grown graphene comprises (i) pretreating the CVD-grown graphene to obtain growth substrate-graphene sample, (ii) placing the resultant growth substrate-graphene sample on the target substrate, contacting the graphene side of the growth substrate-graphene sample with the target substrate, fixing the growth substrate and target substrate together to obtain growth substrate-graphene-target substrate composite structure, (iii) bonding the growth substrate and target substrate in the growth substrate-graphene-target substrate composite structure with adhesive to obtain bonded growth substrate-graphene-target substrate composite structure, (iv) placing the resultant in vacuum environment to remove air between the graphite thin and target substrate, curing the adhesive, and maintaining the preset time for adhesive under vacuum completely cured to obtain growth substrate-graphene-target substrate composite structure, (v) removing the growth substrate in the growth substrate-graphene-target substrate composite structure obtained by curing the resultant by corrosive solution to obtain graphene-target substrate composite structure of residual corrosive solution, (vi) cleaning and removing the corrosive solution on the resultant corrosive solution, drying to obtain target substrate and graphene film combination.
