NOVELTY - The system has a carbon material composite film, a flexible conductive electrode, a heat conducting film and a surface flexible substrate connected together. The carbon material composite film raw material contains a multi-dimensional carbon material and a matrix resin. The multi-dimensional carbon material is formed as two of nano-carbon powder, nano-diamond, multi-wall carbon nanotube, carbon nanofiber, graphene, and reduced graphene oxide, where the matrix resin is one of polyurethane resin, phenolic resin, unsaturated fatty acid resin, epoxy resin, and polyester resin. A surface of the flexible conductive electrode is provided with a waterproof protective layer made of polyethylene terephthalate or Polymide material. USE - Intelligent flexible electric heating system for use in industrial field. ADVANTAGE - The intelligent flexible electric heating system has excellent electric heating performance, and excellent heating efficiency, bending resistance and water washing resistance. The constructed soaking layer structure can reduce heat collecting effect under the same power consumption, and obtain larger heat release area. The punching structure is designed to arbitrarily adjust the resistance, heating area, heating temperature, which has great cost advantages and economic benefits. The mutual filling effect of the matrix resin between the multidimensional carbon materials can be fully exerted through the compounding of carbon materials of multiple dimensions, so as to effectively avoid the agglomeration of single carbon materials, enhance the compactness of composite materials, and provide a higher proportion of heat-generating conductive area.
