▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method (200) involves spin coating (201) silver nanowires onto glass slides. The silver nanowires are covered (202) with a graphene oxide/gold nanoparticle film. The graphene oxide/gold nanoparticle/silver nanowire film is exposed (203) to hydrazine vapor at approximately 100 degrees C for forming a reduced graphene oxide/gold nanoparticle/silver nanowire hybrid transparent conductive film. USE - Method for fabricating hybrid transparent conductive film used in electrochromic device (all claimed) for display of medical computer and personal electronic such as cell phone and media player, solar cell, transistor, sensor and energy storage system. ADVANTAGE - Since the graphene oxide/gold nanoparticle/silver nanowire film is exposed to hydrazine vapor for forming the reduced graphene oxide/gold nanoparticle/silver nanowire hybrid transparent conductive film, the ballistic transport path length and carrier mobility are increased, and the performance of the hybrid transparent conductive film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a hybrid transparent conductive film; and (2) an electrochromic device. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flowchart illustrating the process for fabricating hybrid transparent conductive film.
