NOVELTY - Composite material comprises 75-95 pts. wt. polypropylene resin, 2-6 pts. wt. organosilicon-fluorine-containing acrylate copolymer, 1-3 pts. wt. rosin resin, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene, 1-2 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide and 0.5-1 pt. wt. processing auxiliary agent, where the organosilicon-fluorine-containing acrylate copolymer is obtained by copolymerizing silane, fluorine-containing acrylic acid and acrylic ester in a mass ratio of 5-10:10-20:50-70. USE - The composite material is useful in the field of easy cleaning (claimed), for manufacturing light weight vehicle e.g. automobile inner and outer decorative parts, and as general plastic with high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, non-toxic and tasteless property, and easy processing characteristics. ADVANTAGE - The material: has high hydrophobic, oleophobic and compactness; prevents the stain from entering into the composite material; can easily and cleanly wipe the material; has high impact resistance; and is easy to clean after long-time polluted by the pollutant. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the composite material, comprising uniformly mixing the components, melting and extruding through a double-screw extruder at 200-230℃, granulating and drying to obtain finished product.
