NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/gauze biomembrane to promote cell growth comprises e.g. (i) the graphene oxide solution and adding sodium hydroxide and pyrene butyric acid, using glass stirring rod to stir, placing in an ultrasonic machine and ultrasonicating for 5 minutes, mixing evenly, taking solution at 25 degrees C, (ii) yarn cloth soaking in solution for 30 minutes, taking out deionized water, washing for 2-3 times, drying yarn cloth in the baking box, (iii) after drying the yarn cloth, adding hydration hydrazine, at 80 degrees C constant temperature heating. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene/gauze biomembrane to promote cell growth (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene/gauze biomembrane to promote cell growth comprises (i) the graphene oxide solution and adding sodium hydroxide and pyrene butyric acid, using glass stirring rod to stir, placing in an ultrasonic machine and ultrasonicating for 5 minutes, mixing evenly, taking solution at 25 degrees C, (ii) yarn cloth soaking in solution for 30 minutes, taking out deionized water, washing for 2-3 times, drying yarn cloth in the baking box, (iii) after drying the yarn cloth, adding hydration hydrazine, at 80 degrees C constant temperature heating, (iv) for later reduction of yarn cloth with deionized water repeatedly washing, placing into vacuum drying box to dry, (v) after drying to obtain cover of graphene layer of gauze, (vi) repeating the steps (iii), (iv) and (v), using cover may have multi-layer of graphene/yarn cloth film, (vii) using graphene-yarn cloth membrane, placing in 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethyl carbodiimide and N-hydroxy succinimide sodium sulfonate salt mixed solution and soaking, (viii) dropping arginyl-glycyl-aspartate (RGD peptide) in the graphene solution/gauze and film surface, full reacting, obtaining graphene/gauze biological film, and (ix) adding biological membrane in phosphate buffered saline buffer liquid, washing, regulating pH value to neutral after airing.
