NOVELTY - A bulk silicon carbide polymer precursor ceramic comprises beta -silicon carbide, silicon oxycarbide, silicon dioxide, reduced graphene oxide, and free carbon. The beta -silicon carbide nanocrystals are dispersed in silicon oxycarbide/free carbon amorphous phase of composite reduced graphene oxide. The silicon dioxide particles are embedded in beta -silicon carbide/silicon oxycarbide/free carbon. USE - Bulk silicon carbide polymer precursor ceramic. ADVANTAGE - The bulk silicon carbide polymer precursor ceramic has low linear shrinkage, excellent hardness and fracture toughness, uniform and dense microstructure, less pores, microcracks and interfaces, and has strong practicality and reliability. The bulk silicon carbide polymer precursor ceramic can be manufactured with high yield.
