▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An antistatic optical absorption coating with low air-out rate is prepared by uniformly dispersing graphene oxide micro-sheet in organic solvent for ultrasonic treatment, adding silsesquioxane, mixing and stirring at room temperature to obtain graphene oxide/silsesquioxane dispersion liquid, uniformly depositing bottom coating dispersion liquid on clean substrate surface, volatilizing at room temperature to obtain bottom coating, ultrasonically processing carbon nanotube in organic solvent, adding silsesquioxane, mixing and stirring at room temperature to obtain carbon nanotube/silsesquioxane suspension, uniformly depositing surface coating suspension on bottom coating surface, transferring to ventilation cabinet and volatilizing solvent at room temperature to obtain surface coating, placing coating in vacuum oven for heat treatment, and naturally cooling to room temperature along with furnace. USE - The method is used for preparing antistatic optical absorption coating with low air-out rate. ADVANTAGE - The method has no decomposer and no free small molecule, uses non-polymer reaction system mainly containing carbon material, eliminates air pollution from coating material component, seals hydrophilic functional group in carbon material by high-hydrophobic siloxane, and greatly reduces adsorption amount of coating to environment gas including water and gas. The coating has good antistatic performance and satisfies application requirement of specific space environment.
