▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method (M1) for preparing electrochemiluminescence immunosensor sensing interface involves (a) mixing graphene oxide or carbon nanotube solution, carbon nitride nanosheet solution and tannic acid, ultrasonically stirring solution, adjusting pH using sodium hydroxide, adding 2-hydroxypropanoic acid-titanium hydrate, and stirring solution, and (b) adding solution on surface of glassy carbon electrode, coating biomarker capture antibody solution, incubating electrode, washing electrode using ultrapure water, coating bovine serum albumin, drying and washing the electrode. USE - The method (M1) is useful for preparing electrochemiluminescence immunosensor sensing interface, which is used for detecting biomarker (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method (M1) for preparing electrochemiluminescence immunosensor sensing interface involves (a) mixing 100 ml of 10 mg/ml graphene oxide or carbon nanotube solution, 100 ml of 10 mg/ml carbon nitride nanosheet solution and 200 ml of 30 mg/ml tannic acid, ultrasonically stirring solution for 5 minutes, adjusting pH to 7 using 50 mg/l of 1 mol/l sodium hydroxide, adding 300 mg/l of 40 %mass 2-hydroxypropanoic acid-titanium hydrate, and stirring solution for 1 minute using vortex mixer, and (b) adding 10 ml/l solution on surface of glassy carbon electrode having diameter of 4 mm, soaking the electrode in 30 minutes, coating biomarker capture antibody solution on the electrode, incubating electrode at 4 degrees C, washing electrode for several times using ultrapure water, coating 6 ml of 1 %mass bovine serum albumin using pipette, drying the electrode at 4 degrees C and washing the electrode using ultrapure water. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method (M2) for detecting biomarker, which involves washing the electrochemiluminescence immunosensor sensing interface for 5 times using ultrapure water, adding 5 mu l biomarker standard solution or unknown sample solution, incubating the electrode at 4 degrees C, adding 10 ml of 50 mmol/l potassium persulfate and phosphate buffer solution having pH of 7.4, and performing cyclic voltammetry at -1.2 V to 0 V in electrochemical workstation using immunosensor sensing interface as working electrode, silver or silver chloride electrode as reference electrode, platinum wire electrode as counter electrode.
