▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Hemispherical shell-shaped hollow-multilayered micro structure (6) comprises (a) a first thin film layer (1) in a form of a micro-hemispherical shell containing a first material comprising a magnetic material, and (b) a second thin film layer (2) arranged on the inner surface of the micro-hemispherical shell and containing a second material. The second material comprises a material capable of removably fixing a fluorochrome-labeled probe and causing fluorescence resonance energy transfer between the fluorochrome and the material, where a hollow space defined by the second thin film layer has a size being capable of capturing at least one cell of the target or its portion in hollow space. The probe is a molecule capable of specific binding to the target molecule, where binding to the target molecule alters the structure of the probe, for causing a change in emission/quenching of the fluorochrome. USE - The hemispherical shell-shaped hollow-multilayered microstructure is useful for detecting a target molecule. The target molecule comprises a protein, peptide, nucleic acid, cell surface molecule or cell secretory vesicle (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The hemispherical shell-shaped hollow-multilayered microstructure has desired thickness and diameter. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) an array of hemispherical shell-shaped hollow multilayer microstructures comprising the hemispherical shell-shaped hollow multilayer microstructure; (2) a method (M1) for producing a hemispherical shell-shaped hollow multilayer microstructure or array involves (a) providing mold microparticles of a desired size arranged in a single layer on a substrate, where mold microparticles comprise a material removable by a predetermined removal process, (b) coating the mold microparticles arranged on the substrate with the second material in the single layer, (c) coating the mold microparticles coated with the second material with the first material, and (d) removing the mold particles by the predetermined removal process to obtain the hemispherical shell-like hollow multilayer micro structure; and (3) a method (M2) for detecting a target molecule using at least one hemispherical shell-shaped multilayer microstructure or array involves (a) placing the hemispherical shell-shaped hollow multilayer microstructure or array comprising the probe removably fixed to the second thin film layer in a solution containing or suspected of containing the target molecule, and (b) measuring fluorescence emission of the fluorochrome of the probe, where binding between the target molecule and the probe is estimated by detecting the fluorescence emission, and the presence of the target molecule in the solution is determined. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic diagram of a micro structure with two-layered structure. First thin film layer (1) Second thin film layer (2) Microstructure (6)
