DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of graphene heating fabric, which involves mixing potassium permanganate and deionized water, adding hydrogen peroxide in batches, adjusting the pH to neutral, reacting, separating, drying, grinding, mixing manganese dioxide with anhydrous methanol under nitrogen atmosphere, adding an aminating agent, reacting, separating, drying, grinding, dispersing graphene oxide and the aminated manganese dioxide in deionized water, immersing the fabric in dispersion, rinsing and drying.
