NOVELTY - Graphene nanomaterial suspension comprises aqueous medium, graphene nano material, and cement additive component that aids suspension of graphene nano-material in aaqueous medium. The cement additive comprises: cement additive(s) including grinding aids and/or strength enhancers, amines, hydroxy compounds and/or carboxylates, or oligomeric or polymeric species; amine; tertiary amine, optionally aliphatic; tertiary alkanolamine including triethanolamine, triisopropanolamine, diethanol isopropanolamine, ethanol diisopropanolamine, tetra(hydroxyethyl) ethylene diamine, tetra(hydroxypropyl) ethylene diamine and/or methyl diethanolamine; hydroxy compound; aliphatic hydroxy compound; glycol including polyethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, propylene glycol and/or dipropylene glycol; carboxylate; alkali metal carboxylate including sodium acetate and/or sodium citrate; and oligomeric or polymeric species including polyether polyols, polyethylenimines, polycarboxylates and/or polyacrylates. USE - The suspension is useful for making graphene nanomaterial enhanced cement or concrete (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The suspension: utilizes the cement additive component that aids the suspension of the graphene nano-material in the aqueous medium, thus enhancing the stability of the suspension; and provides the graphene-nanomaterial enhanced cement or concrete with high strength, reduced clinker factor in cement, reduced carbon footprint and potentially increased longevity of products.
