▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene non-stick coating composition comprises top coating and a primer, where the primer is a ceramic coating, the top coating is a fluorine coating, the topcoat and the primer contain graphene oxide, and the topcoat also contains silica sol. USE - Used as graphene non-stick coating composition. ADVANTAGE - The ceramic coating: has high hardness, good wear resistance, and good non-stick durability; prevents the topcoat from falling off after damage; and prolongs the service life of the cookware. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing a graphene non-stick coating composition comprising (S1) mixing the silica sol and 25% formic acid solution , adding silane coupling agent, stirring at 120-180 revolutions/minute for 4 hours, adding graphene oxide, continuously reacting under stirring 2-3 hours to obtain graphene modified ceramic resin, mixing the fluororesin, pigments, fillers, and solvents uniformly, grinding on a grinder at 1200-1500 revolutions/minute for 1-2 hours, where the fineness is less than or equal to 20 mu m to obtain a slurry, stirring the graphene-modified ceramic resin and slurry at 120-150 revolutions/minute for 30 minutes and mixing uniformly to obtain a top coat, and (S2) mixing silica sol, 2% sodium hydroxide solution, filler, and deionized water, grinding on a grinder at a speed of 1200-1500 revolutions/minute for 1-2 hours, adding graphene oxide when the fineness reaches less than 20 mu m, stirring at 120-150 revolutions/minute for 25-35 minutes to obtain graphene modified slurry, mixing the silane and leveling agent uniformly, adding 25% formic acid solution to the graphene modified slurry, mixing, adding the mixture, and stirring at 120-160 revolutions/minute for 4-5 hours to obtain the primer; and (2) use method of graphene non-stick coating composition comprising (A1) pre-processing the substrate by sandblasting, where the roughness after sandblasting reaches greater than or equal to 2.5 mu m, cleaning and drying, (A2) spraying the primer when the substrate temperature reaches 40-50 degrees C, and the wet film thickness is about 30-40 mu m, and ( A3) spraying the top coat, where the wet film thickness is about 100-200 mu m, baking at 280-320 degrees C for 15-20 minutes, taking out and cooling to room temperature.
