▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing self-repairing flexible graphene-based electronic material, comprises (i) adding graphene oxide into water to form an aqueous dispersion, adjusting the pH to acidity, then adding furanmethylamine and ammonium sulfide, stirring for 1 hour, heating to carry out the reaction, filtering and washing to obtain furanized graphene; (ii) dispersing the furanated graphene in anhydrous dimethylformamide, adding polydimethylsiloxane monomer and bismaleimide to form a mixed solution; (iii) pouring the mixture obtained in the step (ii) into a sponge, and reacting to obtain furanated graphene/polydimethylsiloxane self-repairing composite material containing a three-dimensional graphene sponge, washing and blasting, and drying. USE - The electronic material is useful for flexible electronics, especially in the field of electronic skin sensors. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based electronic material includes furanized graphene to significantly enhance the thermal stability of the material, and can be self-repaired by reacting with bismaleimide, and has good compression and rebound flexibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for self-healing flexible graphene-based electronic material, prepared as mentioned above.
