▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Anticorrosive refractory bricks comprise 15-30 pts. wt. silica powder, 20-40 pts. wt. magnesium aluminum spinel, 5-10 pts. wt. activated alumina, 6-12 pts. wt. iron oxide, 4-8 pts. wt. graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. fluorite powder, 0.2-1 pts. wt. boron nitride, 2-5 pts. wt. binder and 5-10 pts. wt. nano magnesium oxide. USE - Anticorrosive refractory bricks. ADVANTAGE - The anticorrosive refractory bricks have good fire-resistant brick performance, alkali metal corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, heat insulation and heat preservation performance, prepared in simple manner, and suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a method for producing algae extract, which involves cleaning seaweed raw materials with 45-50 degrees C tap water and soaking for 2-3 hours; crushing, centrifuging, and adding 30 times the volume of seaweed ethanol and butanediol solution, where ethanol and butanediol volume ratio is 1:1 and centrifugal spped is 4000-6000 revolutions per minute and time is 15-20 minutes; diluting seaweed clear liquid with 5-10 times the volume of pure water and dialyzing with a nanofiltration membrane; concentrating to dilution 0.1-0.2 times sodium filter concentrate, where nanofiltration membrane has a molecular weight of 600-700Da; concentrating to a solid content; and spray drying in a spray drier to obtain 2-3 pts. wt. of powdered algae extract; and (2) a method for preparing corrosion-resistant refractory bricks, which involve weighing, mixing, molding into a brick, baking at 550-650 degrees C for 20-25 hours, baking the billet into the immersion tank at 0.05-0.08Mpa vacuum pressure for 40-50 minutes, adding the impregnant for 3-5 hours, and roasting at 1200-1285 degrees C for 75-85 hours.
