NOVELTY - Preparation of photocatalyst composite material involves using cobalt compound, nickel compound and three-dimensional porous palm-leaf-like graphite carbon framework, as precursors, and calcining the precursor in an air atmosphere and raising the temperature to 600-900℃ to obtain a composite material of cobalt(II,III) oxide and nickel oxide and three-dimensional porous palm leaf-shaped graphitic carbon framework. USE - Preparation of photocatalyst composite material used for preparing photocatalytic film (claimed) for reducing carbon dioxide by palm leaf structure. ADVANTAGE - The preparation method is simple in operation, low in cost and convenient for popularization. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing photocatalytic carbon dioxide reducing film by utilizing the photocatalyst composite material, which involves: (a) adding the photocatalyst composite material with the palm leaf-like structure reducing carbon dioxide into water, and ultrasonically dispersing; and (b) drying to form a film and uniformly dispersing deionized water on surface of the film.
