▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Molybdenum disulfide/sulfur doped graphene composite material comprises a carbon layer, molybdenum disulfide and sulfur doped graphene. The molybdenum disulfide is loaded on the surface of the sulfur-doped graphene. The interlayer distance between the molybdenum disulfide is 0.63-0.76 nm. The carbon layer is distributed in the middle of the sulfur-doped graphene and molybdenum disulfide and/or the carbon layer is distributed on the surface of the sulfur-doped graphene. USE - Molybdenum disulfide/sulfur doped graphene composite material for use as cathode material of lithium ion battery, and sodium ion battery or electrode material for a super capacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The molybdenum disulfide/sulfur-doped graphene composite material has improved electronic conductivity, ion conductivity, specific capacity and circulation stability, and can be prepared in simple manner under mild reaction condition. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a molybdenum disulfide/sulfur-doped graphene composite material, which involves mixing molybdenum salt, graphene oxide dispersion, dimethyl trisulfide and oxygen-containing organic carbon source to obtain a mixed solution, subjecting mixed solution to a hydrothermal reaction, and separating solution after the hydrothermal reaction into a solid and liquid to obtain a precursor, heat-treating precursor to obtain a molybdenum disulfide/sulfur-doped graphene composite material.
