USE - The nanoarray is useful in field of energy storage and catalysis (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and environmentally friendly. The nanoarray has regular appearance, high purity and large specific surface area. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing magnesium molybdate/graphene nanoarray comprises (i) dissolving sodium molybdate and magnesium chloride hexahydrate according to molar ratio of 1:(1-3) in deionized water, carrying out hydrothermal reaction for 3-7 hours at 170-190 degrees C, centrifuging the product, washing and drying to obtain mixture A, (ii) mixing the mixture A with 0.1-0.5 mol/l concentration graphene oxide aqueous solution according to mass ratio of 1:(0.5-1), stirring, ultrasonic processing for 0.5-1 hours, centrifugally separating the product, washing and drying to obtain mixture B, and (iii) calcining the mixture B under the protection of argon atmosphere. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the magnesium molybdate/graphene nanoarray prepared by the above method, where the nanoarray is vertically crossed magnesium molybdate/graphene nanosheet, the cross-sectional diameter is 100 plus minus 30 nm and the thickness is 20 nm.
