▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A double-metal hydroxide ceramic membrane comprises a porous ceramic substrate, and a film coating on the substrate. The film coating comprises 3-12 pts. wt. graphene, 10-30 pts. wt. magnesium salt, 5-45 pts. wt. aluminum salt, 2-8 pts. wt. surfactant, 3-6 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 1-5 pts. wt. film-forming auxiliary agent, 2-8 pts. wt. alkali source, 40-80 pts. wt. organic solvent, and 100-200 pts. wt. water. USE - A double-metal hydroxide ceramic membrane used for seawater desalination (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The ceramic membrane has improved repellency to salt ions, prevents accumulated water molecules through, and has long service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing the double-metal hydroxide ceramic membrane, comprising: (A) mixing graphene, surfactant, magnesium salt, aluminum salt, and alkali source in water, adding porous ceramic substrate, sealing and reacting for 2-8 hours at 100-160 degrees C, naturally cooling to room temperature, washing the substrate by water for 2-3 times; to obtain a porous ceramic substrate A; (B) uniformly mixing silane coupling agent, film-forming auxiliary agent, and organic solvent to obtain a mixed solution, heating to 60-90 degrees C, soaking the porous ceramic substrate A in the mixed solution for 0.5-3 hours, and washing with water for 3-5 times to obtain a porous ceramic base material B; and (C) calcining in an inert gas at 300-600 degrees C for 2-6 hours.
