NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-based electrothermal film, comprises stripping poly-p-phenylene benzobisoxazole fibers into poly-p-phenylene benzobisoxazole nanofibers by a mixed acid method, mixing poly-p-phenylene benzobisoxazole nanofibers with graphene nanosheets to prepare a viscous sol, injecting the viscous sol into a water tank containing electrolyte to obtain a gel and transferring the gel from the water tank through a conveyor belt, soaking the gel in deionized water, vacuum drying and rolling to obtain three-dimensional network structure complex film, coating the conductive silver glue on the electrode surface of the conductive circuit and adhering the three-dimensional network structure complex film to obtain the electric heating layer and curing, covering insulating protection layer on the upper and lower sides of the electric heating layer, and covering the packaging layer on the insulating protection layer on both sides and passing through hot pressing. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-based electric heating film, which is useful in the field of underfloor heating, clothes and healthcare. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based electric heating film has excellent temperature resistance and relatively uniform heating, which can meet the market demand for graphene high-temperature electric heating film, and has high tensile strength, high modulus, impact resistance, good bullet-proof performance, high temperature resistance and good flame retardant performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for graphene-based electric heating film, obtained by the above preparation method, comprising upper packaging layer, an upper insulation protection layer, an electric heating layer, a lower insulation protection layer and a lower packaging layer, and the electric heating layer includes Flexible printed circuit (FPC) electrodes and a three-dimensional network structure complex film. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows flow chart of the preparation method of the graphene-based electrothermal film (Drawing includes non-English language text).
