NOVELTY - Preparing organic bentonite lubricating grease, comprises: (A) adding long chain organic amine in the organic bentonite, fully grinding and homogenizing, after microwave activation for further use; (B) taking the polymer obtained by plant oil and acrylic ester polymerization as base oil, under the normal temperature stirring condition, adding organic bentonite activated in the step A with mass fraction of 5-15% into the polymer base oil, fully stirring and mixing uniformly at normal temperature to obtain organic bentonite mixed oil; and (C) adding functional additive into the organic bentonite mixed oil, stirring and mixing uniformly, grinding and homogenizing. USE - The method is useful for preparing organic bentonite lubricating grease. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple operation, no need to add auxiliary dispersant, good susceptibility to the additive, good high temperature performance, anti-friction performance and mechanical stability, does not dry when stored for long-term.
