NOVELTY - A secondary deep graphene oxide-supported nano-gold composite surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy reinforced substrate is prepared by taking graphene oxide solution, deionized water and hydrogen peroxide, stirring and heating to obtain transition solution, adding hydrogen peroxide, heating and stirring to make obtain secondary deep graphene oxide solution, adding sodium citrate aqueous solution and chloroauric acid, heating and stirring, obtaining product, using 2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzodioxin as Raman probe molecule, performing Raman signal test, obtaining corresponding Raman spectral data, and preparing product with different nano sizes and load densities by adjusting amount ratio of sodium citrate to chloroauric acid. USE - Method for preparing secondary deep graphene oxide-supported nano-gold composite surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy reinforced substrate. ADVANTAGE - The method is suitable for surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy analysis of 2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzodioxin.
