NOVELTY - Fiber composite material 10 comprises resin-based ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber reinforced layer 50, flexible film sensor layer 30, and resin-based glass fiber reinforced layer, where the flexible film sensor is laminated on resin-based ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber reinforced layer. The resin-based glass fiber reinforced layer is laminated on the flexible film sensor layer. USE - Fiber used in shell of electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The fiber composite material has high specific modulus and high specific strength for the shell after curing, light weight, strength and rebound resilience of the common plastic. The resin-based ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber reinforced layer provide high specific mnemonic and high strength of the resin base reinforcing layer resin is due to high modulus resin. The electromagnetic shielding ability of the whole material is maintained at a lower level, thus, it avoids electromagnetic shielding than the carbon fiber, better ensure the communication signal than the fiber, to make the product communication of the shell made of the fibre composite material with no delay, and leads to signal transmission without hindrance.
