▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves transferring a single-layer graphene to a finished copper foil substrate for a neck part of a dental implant. A heat treatment is performed on the dental implant with proper condition to strengthen attaching strength of the single-layer grapheme to the implant neck using a dry oven. A spin coater rotated at a speed of 450 rotations/minutes for 10 seconds and at a speed of 3000 rotations/minute for 40 seconds for coating proper amount of polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA). A drying process is performed for 4 minutes. USE - Method for preparing a single-layer graphene for a dental implant neck. ADVANTAGE - The method enables processing the dental implant neck in proper condition for reinforcing strength of the graphene and the implant neck effectively. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a graphical view representing temperature variation during a heat treatment process. '(Drawing includes non-English language text)'
