NOVELTY - A graphene-based gold nanoparticles modified glassy carbon electrode is obtained by enhancing electrochemical properties of glassy carbon electrode. USE - Graphene-based gold nanoparticles modified glassy carbon electrode for use in electrochemical sensors to detect E. coli (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrode has better effect of ensuring sensitivity and detection limits of the sensor, and great application potential in food, medicine and environment.
