NOVELTY - The method involves (i) adding 2- hydroxy-4-(2-hydroxy-ethoxy)-2-methylpropiophenone and styrene monomer, filling nitrogen and vacuum extracting to obtain the hydroxy terminated polystyrene resin; (ii) adding the graphene and deionized water into graphene, crushing the slurry and ultrasonic cleaning to obtain the dispersion graphene, adding the hydroxy terminated polystyrene resin into the dispersion graphene and magnetically stirring to obtain the modified dispersion graphene; (iii) mixing the dimethylolpropionic acid, polyether glycol and polyether trihydric alcohol, reacting, cooling, adding toluene diisocyanate, N-methyl pyrrolidone and modified dispersion graphene, preserving temperature and reacting, cooling, adjusting the viscosity, cooling, adjusting the pH value to obtain the prepolymer, adding the prepolymer into water and (iv) mixing polyurethane graft modified graphene slurry, flatting agent and thickening agent and coating the surface layer of the synthetic leather. USE - The method is useful for preparing ecological synthetic leather with electromagnetic shielding function. ADVANTAGE - The ecological synthetic leather has excellent wear-resistance, water resistance, and strong electromagnetic shielding performance, and can effectively reduce the harm caused by high-frequency electromagnetic radiation to human body. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The method involves (i) adding 2- hydroxy-4-(2-hydroxy-ethoxy)-2-methylpropiophenone and styrene monomer, filling nitrogen, using ultraviolet to radiation to trigger aggregation and vacuum extracting to obtain the hydroxy terminated polystyrene resin; (ii) adding the graphene and deionized water into the graphene, crushing the slurry and cleaning using ultrasonic cleaning instrument to obtain the dispersion graphene, adding the hydroxy terminated polystyrene resin into the dispersion graphene and magnetically stirring to obtain the modified dispersion graphene; (iii) mixing the dimethylolpropionic acid, polyether glycol and polyether trihydric alcohol and raising the temperature and reacting, cooling, adding toluene diisocyanate, N-methyl pyrrolidone and modified dispersion graphene, raising the temperature, preserving temperature and reacting, cooling to room temperature, adjusting the viscosity, cooling, adjusting the pH value to obtain the prepolymer, adding the prepolymer into water to disperse to obtain the polyurethane graft modified graphene and (iv) mixing the polyurethane graft modified graphene slurry, flatting agent and thickening agent and coating the surface layer of the synthetic leather to obtain the ecological synthetic leather. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for an ecological synthetic leather with electromagnetic shielding function, is prepared as mentioned above.
