▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An aqueous anti-electromagnetic radiation graphene-metal anticorrosive primer comprises 37-40 pts. wt. acrylate emulsion, 7.7-8.5 pts. wt. waste polystyrene foam, 4.4-5.6 pts. wt. graphene, 2.2-2.5 pts. wt. tea alkaloid, 8-10 pts. wt. trimeric glyceryl monostearate, 5-7 pts. wt. polyester fiber, 2-4 pts. wt. nano barium ferrite powder, 9-11 pts. wt. dandelion powder, 15-18 pts. wt. bagasse, 0.8-1.4 pts. wt. vinyltriethoxysilane, 17-20 pts. wt. pigment and deionized water. USE - Aqueous anti-electromagnetic radiation graphene-metal anticorrosive primer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The aqueous anti-electromagnetic radiation graphene-metal anticorrosive primer ensures increased hardness, enhanced water resistance and improved chalking resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for production method of aqueous anti-electromagnetic radiation graphene-metal anticorrosive primer, which involves (1) drying dandelion powder and bagasse, grinding to 120-140 mesh, adding trimeric glyceryl monostearate, high-speed stirring for 10-15 minutes, heating at 550-610 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, cooling to room temperature by adding nano-barium ferrite magnetic powder, ultrasonically grinding for 40-50 minutes, obtaining modified mixed powder, (2) mixing tea alkaloid and deionized water, adding vinyl triethoxysilane, ultrasonically dispersing for 15-20 minutes, adding graphene and polyester fibers, mixing and allowing the mixture still in a water bath at 85-95 degrees C for 8-10 hours, transferring into mixer, stirring at 10000 rpm for 30 seconds, filtering and drying to obtain modified graphene, (3) washing the waste polystyrene foam, drying, crushing, adding mixed solvent, stirring, adding the acrylic emulsion, (4) adding the materials of steps (1) and (2) to deionized water, stirring for 10-15 minutes, carrying out dispersion for 30-60 minutes, adding modified acrylate emulsion obtained in step (3) to continue to disperse evenly, degassing at 0.1 MPa for 1-2 hours and filtering out the material.
