NOVELTY - Preparing graphene conductive additive comprises (a) adding graphene oxide to water, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, adding isocyanate oligomer and silane, heating to 60-100 degrees C, adding aqueous ammonia, absolute ethanol and reducing agent and mixing to obtain graphene-doped silicon dioxide (SiO2) gel by sol-gel method; and (b) filtering graphene-doped SiO2 gel obtained in step (a) by suction, calcining and removing organic component to obtain three-dimensional porous structure of graphene-loaded SiO2 microspheres, where graphene conductive additive for conductive ink comprises complete three-dimensional conductive network structure. USE - The graphene conductive additive is useful for conductive ink (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene conductive additive has more stable conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene conductive additive, prepared by above mentioned method.
