NOVELTY - The method involves injecting graphene into core water at the time of driving of nuclear power plant. The core water containing graphene is made to contact the surface which contacts the core water of structural element of nuclear power plant. 0.01 microgram/cm2 or more of graphene contained in core water are made to adhere to surface of structural element. USE - Stress-corrosion-cracking suppression method of nuclear power plant. ADVANTAGE - The adhesion of radionuclide to the nuclear power plant structural element surface is suppressed. The progress of stress corrosion cracking which arose in nuclear power plant structural element can be suppressed.
