▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Making nanomembrane by carrying out synthesis of nanomaterials in the form of graphene or graphene oxide, graphite, graphite oxide, activated carbon, or metal-organic skeleton in quartz, tubular furnace, using chemical vapor deposition from gas phase, carrying out sonication of nanomaterials through 0.001-90% dispersions of nanomaterials in isopropanol, ethanol or distilled water, for 1-1440 minutes, using ultrasonic sonicator of 50-1200 W, and then rinsing 1-10 times with distilled water and drying in electric oven at 30-80° C for 24-48 hours, functionalizing nanomaterials by oxidation in furnace at 550-600° C for 40 minutes, and reacting with 98% sulfuric acid/68% nitric acid (volume ratio of 3:1) at 60° C for 3.5 hours, purifying obtained nanomaterials with carboxy group by washing with ethanol and distilled water and drying in electric oven at 30-80° C for 24-48 hours, and applying 0.011-15 mg/ml solution of nanomaterial in distilled water, ethanol or isopropanol to membranes. USE - The method is useful for making a nanomembrane, which is useful for purifying water from salts and other impurities, and in all filters i.e. designed to filter water, especially in petrochemical, pharmaceutical and chemical companies, as well as in households. ADVANTAGE - None given.
