NOVELTY - A heat conductive-type modified polyurethane super-hydrophobic composite coating comprises 5-20 pts. wt. copper-graphene composite material, 65-70 pts. wt. hexamethylene diisocyanate, 8-12 pts. wt. perfluorooctylethyl methacrylate, 4-6 pts. wt. tetrafluoroethanol, 2-4 pts. wt. catalyst, and 1-3 pts. wt. initiator. USE - Heat conductive-type modified polyurethane super-hydrophobic composite coating. ADVANTAGE - The heat conductive-type modified polyurethane super-hydrophobic composite coating has excellent thermal conductivity, electroconductivity, superhydrophobic property, and improved dispersibility and compatibility of copper-graphene composites and polyurethane. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the heat conductive-type modified polyurethane super-hydrophobic composite coating, which involves (1) adding 90-98% sulfuric acid and 85-97% nitric acid to the reaction flask, the volume ratio of the sulfuric acid and nitric acid of 1:2-2.5, after stirring, adding graphene, heating the solution to 125-135 degrees C, reacting for 5-7 hours, filtering the solution to remove the solvent, washing the solid product, and drying to prepare hydroxylated graphene, (2) adding ethanol solvent, hydroxylated graphene and nanoelement copper with an average particle size of 50 nm to the planetary ball mill, the revolution speed of the ball mill is 580-620 rpm and the rotation speed is 80-120 rpm, and temperature of 40-50 degrees C, ultrasonically dispersing for 2-3 hours, frequency of 22-28 kHz, removing the solvent and drying the solution, adding the solid mixture in a vacuum-hot pressing sintering furnace, the sintering pressure is 25-30 MPa, the heating rate is 5 -10 degrees C/minute, performing heat preservation (p1) and sintering at 420-450 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, then heating 720-740 degrees C, heat preservation and sintering for 40-60 minutes, and the sintered product is copper-supported graphene, and (3) mixing a solvent of ethanol and distilled water in a volume ratio of 30-35:1, adding copper-supported graphene, the silane coupling agent, and heptafluorodecyltrimethoxysilane, heating the solution to 35-45 degrees C, and reacting for 12-18 hours, removing the solvent and drying the solution.
