NOVELTY - Antibacterial insulation board comprises 40-65 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 5-10 pts. wt. filling agent, 14-20 pts. wt. compound antibacterial agent, 1-3 pts. wt. foaming agent, 3-5 pts. wt. curing agent, 20-30 pts. wt. organic binder, 6.2-8 pts. wt. hollow glass beads, 3-10 pts. wt. aluminum hydroxide and 3-9 pts. wt. sodium bentonite. The compound antibacterial agent includes 2.5-3.5 pts. wt. modified zeolite, 5-8 pts. wt. snail extract, 2.8-3.4 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. nano-hydroxyapatite, and 1-2 pts. wt. bromine chlorine hydantoin. USE - The insulation board is useful for refrigerator (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The insulation board has good anti-mildew and antibacterial effects, excellent waterproof and deodorizing effects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the antibacterial insulation board, comprising (i) mixing phenolic resin, filler, foaming agent, hollow glass beads, aluminum hydroxide and sodium bentonite uniformly; (ii) adding curing agent, compound antibacterial agent and organic binder into the resultant of step (i) under stirring, and stir uniformly; and (iii) pouring the resultant from step (ii) into a mold, foaming and solidifying.
