NOVELTY - A graphene/epoxy resin composite adhesive comprises component (A) containing 36-45 parts mass epoxy resin, 2-6 parts mass graphene, 5-8 parts mass active toughener, 18-24 parts mass active diluent, and 23-33 parts mass solvent, and component (B) containing amine curing agent, in a mass ratio of 4:1. USE - Graphene/epoxy resin composite adhesive is used for transformer iron core end surface. ADVANTAGE - The graphene/epoxy resin composite adhesive has excellent bond strength, toughness, and thermal conductivity, and provides flat iron core end surfaces having excellent strength and radiation performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene/epoxy resin composite adhesive, which involves dispersing graphene in monomer solution of epoxy resin, adding active toughener, active diluent, and solvent, uniformly dispersing at high speed, vacuum filtering to obtain graphene dispersion liquid, transferring to a vacuum defoaming jar, vacuum-defoaming to obtain component (A), mixing with component (B), stirring for 15-25 minutes at high speed, leaving still for 5-10 minutes, stirring for 20-25 minutes, leaving still for 10-15 minutes, and vacuum-defoaming. The adhesive is brush-coated or sprayed on the iron core end surface and outside surface 1-2 times, cured for 150-250 minutes at room temperature, and cured again for 150-220 minutes at 75-105 degrees C.
