NOVELTY - Heat conducting material comprises modified graphene. The modified graphene is prepared from neohesperidin modified graphene oxide. USE - The heat conducting material is used for improving anti biological pollution performance of PCR reaction tube (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The reaction tube has high thermal conductivity, excellent water resistance, biological pollution resistance and wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for application of the preparation process of high thermal conductivity polymerase chain reaction (PCR) reaction tube comprising pretreating PCR reaction tube by plasma to obtain the pretreated PCR reaction tube, soaking pretreated PCR reaction tube in heat conductive material and performing surface treatment.
