NOVELTY - Wood-plastic refrigerator shell comprises 50-60 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride resin, 20-30 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 20-30 pts. wt. calcium stearate, 8-10 pts. wt. aromatic hydrocarbon oil, 4-6 pts. wt. antioxidant, 15-25 pts. wt. stearic acid, 20-40 pts. wt. polyethylene wax, 30-40 pts. wt. filler, 10-20 pts. wt. chlorinated polyethylene, 3-5 pts. wt. graphene, 60-70 pts. wt. wood flour, 2-4 pts. wt. foaming agent and 5-10 pts. wt. additive. USE - Used as wood-plastic refrigerator shell. ADVANTAGE - The refrigerator shell has simple preparation method, long service life, toughness and wearable, and no pollution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing wood-plastic refrigerator shell comprising (i) mixing polyvinyl chloride resin, phenolic resin, calcium stearate and polyethylene wax, stirring, heating to molten state, stirring and mixing, (ii) adding stearic acid, filler, chlorinated polyethylene, graphene, wood flour, foaming agent and additive into mixture obtained in step (i), and stirring at a speed of 600-800 revolution/minute, (iii) adding aromatic hydrocarbon oil and antioxidant into mixture obtained in step (ii), stirring and mixing at 120-150 degrees C, mixing, and stirring at a speed of 800-1000 revolution/minute until material fully reactive, (iv) placing processed material in step (iii) in freezing equipment, and freeze processing, and (v) heating and melting frozen material obtained in step (iv), granulating by granulator, and extruding to mold to obtain wood-plastic refrigerator shell.
