▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Non-linear thermal conductive transparent fireproof coating comprises 2-8 pts. wt. silicon-based aerogel powder, 2-8 pts. wt. graphene GNP-180, 15-25 pts. wt. ammonium polyphosphate, 10-16 pts. wt. pentaerythritol, 5-15 pts. wt. melamine, 10-30 pts. wt. modified ethylene-vinyl acetate emulsion, 1-3 pts. wt. surfactant CF-10., and 15-35 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Used as non-linear thermal conductive transparent fireproof coating. ADVANTAGE - The method adopts plasma activation form. The fireproof coating has good coating performance, low density, thermal conductivity at low temperature, tolerance, high-temperature fireproof performance and low-temperature heat dissipation performance; and achieves the fireproof and heat insulation effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing non-linear thermal conductive transparent fireproof coating comprising (1) grinding the silicon-based aerogel with a grinder to obtain silicon-based aerogel powder, (2) uniformly mixing the graphene and the silicon-based aerogel powder to obtain a blend, and performing plasma activation treatment on the blend with a plasma processor, and (3) combining the blend and deionized water after plasma activation treatment, adding melamine, modified ethylene-vinyl acetate emulsion, surfactant, pentaerythritol, and ammonium polyphosphate to a high-speed disperser, blending, stirring to obtain a mixture, detecting the viscosity of the mixture and then packaging to obtain a fireproof coating material.
