▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing nano-bismuth, antimony and tellurium based on spark plasma sintering technology involves (i) selecting antimony, bismuth, and tellurium elemental targets as materials, cutting separately, and forming antimony/tellurium and bismuth/tellurium composite material with a certain area ratio based on required element ratio, (ii) placing the composite material in an ultrasonic solution, performing ultrasonic cleaning of substrate with organic solution, pretreating the substrate with an additive ion source whose plasma energy is lower than 0.8 KeV, and using main sputtering ion source with plasma energy lower than 1KeV for surface pretreatment of antimony/tellurium and bismuth/tellurium binary composite target materials respectively, and (iii) pulverizing the processed composite material, placing into a graphene mold containing passing electrode, and electrifying to complete the preparation of nano-bismuth, antimony and tellurium. USE - Method useful for preparing nano-bismuth, antimony, tellurium based on spark plasma sintering technology. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the sintering effect in the preparation process by generating a lot of heat, reduce the reaction process with help of the air effect, and improves the reaction effect of the reducing iron powder with air.
