▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A municipal sludge detergent comprises 2-4 pts. wt. surfactant, 12-16 pts. wt. tea by-product, 14-22 pts. wt. slag, 0.5-2 pts. wt. egg white, 4-10 pts. wt. hyacinth, 8-15 pts. wt. diatomite, 6-10 pts. wt. zeolite powder, 4-8 pts. wt. anhydrous magnesium sulfate, 8-12 pts. wt. attapulgite powder, 3-6 pts. wt. graphene and 2-8 pts. wt. limestone. USE - Municipal sludge detergent. ADVANTAGE - The detergent is suitable for large-scale industrial production, and has wide material source, simple preparation, and good synergetic effect and heavy metal removing effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the detergent comprising: (A) crushing hyacinth, soaking to acid solution for 30 minutes, pouring into pressurized heating container, adding purified water, sealing, heating to 100 degrees C at compressed air pressure of 85-90 kPa for 10-15 hours, releasing pressure, cooling, filtering off residue, evaporating filtrate to 50-65 degrees C to obtain hyacinth concentrated solution; (B) mixing diatomite, zeolite powder, attapulgite powder and limestone, calcining to 160-210 degrees C, crushing, ultrasonically dispersing at speed of 120-150 revolutions/minute, and drying to 20-25 degrees C to obtain first mixture; (C) ball mill crushing tea by-product, anhydrous magnesium sulfate, slag and graphene, sieving through 180-270 mesh sieve, and stirring for 15-20 minutes to obtain second mixture; and (D) adding first mixture with 2-4 times its total weight water, stirring at speed of 150-240 revolutions/minute, adding egg white, stirring, adding second mixture and hyacinth concentrated solution, stirring at 52-60 degrees C and at 360-450 revolutions/minute, adding surfactant, and stirring for 60-75 minutes.
