NOVELTY - A graphene modified visual preparation method of wear-resistant coating comprises adding suspension to dispersed material under vacuum temperature, adding heated material, heating in a high temperature tubular furnace, ball milling, screening to obtain powder having a diameter of 1-3 mu m, adding tungsten carbide-cobalt powder, mixing, adding polyvinyl alcohol, stirring at low temperature, and subjecting to spray granulation under the vacuum condition. USE - A graphene modified visual preparation method of wear-resistant coating. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares product having uniform granularity, high purity, high graphite content, and excellent wear-resistance property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene modified visual preparation method of wear-resistant coating comprises mixing strontium carbonate and alumina at a mass ratio of 1.5-2.5:1, adding alcohol to the mixture at a mass ratio of 1.5-2:1, ball milling and mixing for 60-90 minutes until the alcohol is volatilized, heating in a vacuumize high temperature furnace controlled at 900-1000 degrees C for 4-6 hours to obtain heated material, mixing graphene and absolute ethyl alcohol at a mass ratio of 1:100, subjecting to ultrasonic vibration dispersion for 120-180 minute and frequency if 15 Hz to obtain dispersed material, mixing europium oxide and dysprosium oxide at a mass ratio of 1.5-1:2, adding dilute hydrochloric acid, mixing, adding distilled water, stirring at a speed of 500 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 30-60 minutes to obtain suspension, adding the suspension to dispersed material at a mass ratio of 6-10:1 under vacuum temperature, heating at 400 degrees C while stirring at a speed of 600 rpm for 30-60 minutes, adding heated material, heating in a high temperature tubular furnace controlled at 1360-1580 degrees C for 4-6 hours, ball milling, screening to obtain powder having a diameter of 1-3 mu m, adding 1-3 mass% tungsten carbide-cobalt powder, mixing at 60-80 degrees C while stirring at a speed of 500-700 rpm for 60-90 minutes, adding polyvinyl alcohol, stirring at low temperature, and subjecting to spray granulation under the vacuum condition in the presence of nitrogen as powder feeding gas and cleaning gas and oxygen and acetylene having a ratio of 1-1.5 as the heat source gas.
