▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene photo-curable conductive resin comprises 50-80 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 50-60 pts. wt. methacrylic acid, 2-6 pts. wt. amino polyethylene glycol, 4-6 pts. wt. graphene, 10-15 pts. wt. doped polyaniline, 2-4 pts. wt. isocyanate, 3-6 pts. wt. sodium aminoethanesulfonate, 1-4 pts. wt. adipic acid, 3-8 pts. wt. active diluent, 0.5-1 pts. wt. catalyst, 0.5-0.8 pts. wt. polymerization inhibitor, 0.8-1.4 pts. wt. antioxidant and 40-60 pts. wt. solvent. USE - The resin is useful for preparing coating and adhesive. ADVANTAGE - The resin has excellent conductivity and uniform conductivity distribution and solves the problem of easy agglomeration of graphene and doped polyaniline. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene photo-curable conductive resin, comprising (i) adding the epoxy resin into a reaction vessel, heating at 90-100 degrees C, stirring at 500-600 revolutions/minute and mixing the methacrylic acid and amino polyethylene glycol for 40-50 minutes; (ii) dropping the mixture of adipic acid, a catalyst, a polymerization inhibitor and antioxidant for 20-25 minutes, stirring for 80-90 minutes, heating to 110-120 degrees C, adding the reactive diluent, stirring for 25-35 minutes, stirring, and cooling to 75-80 degrees C; (iii) dispersing graphene in the solvent, stirring at 1000-1500 revolutions/minute for 30-35 minutes, performing ultrasonic vibration and oscillating for 20-25 minutes; (iv) adding the dispersed graphene solution into a stirring container, adding the amino polyethylene glycol, stirring at 500-800 revolutions/minute, heating to 70-80 degrees C, adding sodium aminoethanesulfonate, and doped polyaniline, stirring for 20-25 minutes, heating to 130-160 degrees C for 90-120 minutes, cooling, filtering, washing and drying; (v) mixing the products obtained in the step (ii) and the step (iv) in the solvent, adding isocyanate, heating to 80-90 degrees C and stirring at 600-700 revolutions/minute for 80-100 minutes.
