▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Processing high-strength, corrosion-resistant plastic electroplating comprises (i) pre-treating the plastic piece to be plating by oil-removing coarsening liquid, (ii) sensitizing the pre-processed plastic piece, degumming, and activating plastic piece by electroless nickel and copper plating, (iii) electroplating nickel by using electroplating solution for the activated plastic piece, where the electroplating nickel comprising 200-220 g/l nickel sulfate, 1-3 g/l glutaraldehyde, 50-100 g/l sodium citrate, 30-40 g/l boric acid and 0.2-0.3 g/l sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, and (iv) electro-galvanizing the nickel-plated plastic piece, where the electro-galvanizing comprises 20-60 g/l zinc chloride, 150-300 g/l potassium chloride, 15-25 g/l boric acid, 2-5 g/l graphene oxide, 1-2 g/l nano silicon nitride powder, 2-4 g/l fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 1-2 g/l sodium tripolyphosphate and 8-10 g/l isooctanol. USE - The method is useful for processing high-strength, corrosion-resistant plastic electroplating. ADVANTAGE - The method: is easy; and has high electroplating layer strength and excellent corrosion resistance of plastic electroplated piece.
